Lynsey Addario
Lynsey Addario is an American photojournalist and author whose work focuses on conflicts and humanitarian crises in the Middle East and Africa. Addario has been the recipient of numerous awards including the 2022 Courage in Journalism Award from the International Women’s Media Foundation, a MacArthur fellowship, a Pulitzer prize with a team at the New York Times, an Overseas Press Club’s Olivier Rebbot Award, and two Emmy nominations. She is the author of It’s What I Do and Of Love and War.
